Our accessibility goals

As the site evolves, we work toward clear heading structure, readable typography, meaningful link text, useful alternative text for informative images, keyboard-accessible interactions, responsive layouts, and sufficient visual clarity.

Medical images and accessibility

When an image communicates meaningful information, we aim to provide useful text context or alternative text where appropriate. We also recognize that images of bites and skin reactions have diagnostic limitations; accessibility descriptions should not imply certainty that the image itself cannot establish.

Third-party content

Some embedded tools, advertising, external services, or third-party resources may be controlled by other providers and may not meet the same accessibility goals.

If you have trouble accessing StingHelp content, please use our Contact page. Include the affected URL, what prevented access, your browser/device or assistive technology when relevant, and the information or format you need. This helps us investigate and prioritize meaningful fixes.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time certification. We may revise pages, templates, navigation, and media as issues are identified.
