Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
Welcome to (the ”Site”).We respect the intellectual property rights of others just as we expect others to respect our rights. Pursuant to Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), a copyright owner or their agent may submit a takedown notice to us via our DMCA Agent listed below. As an internet service provider, we claim immunity from infringement claims under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA. To submit a good faith infringement claim to us, you must submit notice to us that sets forth the following information:
Notice of Infringement – Claim
1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or someone authorized to act on behalf of the owner);
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
3. Identification of the infringing material to be removed, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material. [Please submit the URL of the page in question to assist us in identifying the allegedly offending work];
4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party including your name, physical address, email address, phone number and fax number;
State that you believe in good faith the copyright owner or agent has not authorized the use of the material.
State that the information in your notification is accurate. Also, declare under penalty of perjury that you have authorization to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Under Title 17 USC §512(f), there are civil damage penalties, including costs and attorney fees. Furthermore, these penalties apply to any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents information in a notification of infringement under 17 USC §512(c)(3). In addition, such actions may lead to serious legal consequences and financial liability.

Please note that, in certain situations, we may also share the identity and information included in any copyright infringement claim with the alleged infringer. Furthermore, by submitting a claim, you acknowledge, accept, and agree that, as part of the process, we may therefore disclose your identity and claim to the alleged infringer as well.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you receive a takedown notice for copyright infringement, you can send us a counter-notification to restore the material. Submit your notice in writing to our DMCA Agent. Make sure it includes all elements required under 17 USC Section 512(g)(3).
Provide your physical or electronic signature.
Describe the material that was removed and include its original location before removal.
State, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the service provider removed or disabled the material by mistake or misidentification.
Include your name, address, and telephone number. Additionally, please include a clear statement confirming that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your judicial district. Furthermore, if you reside outside the United States, you must also consent to the jurisdiction of any district where the service provider operates. In addition, this declaration ensures compliance with legal requirements. Therefore, it helps prevent any misunderstandings or disputes during the DMCA process.
Confirm that you will accept legal notices from the person or company who submitted the original infringement claim.

Repeat Infringer Policy
We take copyright infringement very seriously. As required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we keep a record of DMCA notices from copyright holders. We also make a good faith effort to identify and address any repeat infringers.. Those that violate our internal repeat infringer policy will have their accounts terminated.
